I needed shelving for my garage right away and found these inadvertently at Ace Hardware. At first I didn't pay much attention until I saw the Sale Price of $34 per set and noticed the "Gorilla" trademark. I immediately purchased two. Both were in great condition on unpacking and I immediately set about assembling them. Was finished assembling both 34" by 72" units within 2 hours and packed to the limit with boxes loaded with books, keepsakes, and other family "treasures". With the assembled weight bearing test of 1,000 lbs for the unit, there was no problem with overloading the unit. I liked them well enough that I went back and purchased 2 more and now I have almost a full wall of shelving on one side of my garage and my family couldn't be more pleased. For the first time in five years, I actually parked my wife's car in the garage. What a novel idea!
I must respectfully disagree with other reviews which state that these are poorly designed or poorly manufactured. I have bought other brand units from S*m's Club and L*we's which are much higher priced but of far less quality. Purchased at the right price, these Gorilla units are a great value and I recommmend them.
